AT&T today said the Nokia Lumia 520 will be available through GoPhone, its prepaid wireless brand, beginning July 26. This marks the first time that AT&T has offered a Windows Phone 8 device through its prepaid service. The Lumia 520 was introduced by Nokia earlier this year, and is sold by T-Mobile as the Lumia 521. It is an entry-level WP8 smartphone that has a 4-inch screen, 8GB of storage, and a 5-megapixel camera. It does not support AT&T’s LTE network. It will cost $99 and does not require a contract.
